  • I have been working with Daesean for just over a year now, and I am extremely happy with the experience and results. When I first started working with Daesean, I had gained about 35lbs in the previous year and was feeling pretty terrible about myself, both physically and emotionally. With Daesean's help, I've lost 45lbs, and gained a lot of strength, endurance, confidence, and knowledge to keep making progress and take care of my body in the long term.

    Daesean always showed up prepared for our training sessions with a variety of exercises and work outs to keep me from getting bored. Additionally, he developed monthly training plans for me and to keep my progress moving forward.Daesean's nutrition advice and plan was also invaluable and one of the key components of my success.

    He pushed me physically while never making me feel self-conscious about an area of weakness. Instead, he would empower me with a plan to overcome the weakness. When I injured my hip (through no fault of Daesean's), he was able to seamlessly develop a work-out plan to work around the injury while simultaneously strengthen the muscles needed to appropriately recover from the injury. Daesean was also able to quickly adapt and change my training plan when I became pregnant.

  • I have had the pleasure of training with Daesean for nearly 1.5 years now. When I entered 2023, my new year's resolution was to make some drastic changes in order to improve my health, change my body, and adopt a new and improved healthier style of living.

     

     

    Over 2023 through 2024, I am thrilled with the progress that I have made, and I can credit Daesean for being a fantastic trainer and mentor throughout the whole process. He has done a great job at not only making my plans easy to follow, but making our weekly workouts enjoyable and challenging.

     

     

    Going into my fitness journey with Daesean, my weight and physique had fluctuated in the past due to my lack of knowledge when it came to fitness, and a lack of consistency and motivation in the gym. I greatly appreciate Daesean’s ability to make me feel comfortable in the weight room, understanding my potential, and pushing me to my limits to achieve the amazing results that we have achieved so far.

     

     

    I also have appreciated Daesean’s continued flexibility and understanding when it comes to my schedule. I travel a lot for work, so we have often had to shift my 3x-a-week workouts in order to accommodate my needs. This flexibility has allowed me to stay on track and maintain consistency, which is something I always struggled with before working with a trainer.

     

     

    My three main goals going into this journey was to lose weight, become comfortable in the weight room, and to build muscle and increase my overall strength and endurance. I can confidently say I have achieved all three of these goals, and continue to improve and set new goals along the way.

     

     

    I highly recommend Daesean because of his knowledge, enthusiasm, and ability to make training sessions not feel like something you have to be nervous or unenthusiastic about.
